Most of our buildings offer some type of off-street parking. Please contact the on-site manager for parking information.
Who should I contact about maintenance requests or other building issues?
Each one of our buildings has an on-site resident manager to ensure that cleanliness, maintenance and other issues are given prompt attention. In addition, Shoreline has a 24-hour emergency maintenance staff and will respond to non-emergency maintenance requests within 24-48 hours.
Do you allow pets?
The majority of our buildings allow up to two cats per apartment for a small fee.
