1- Do your buildings have parking?

Most of our buildings have off-street parking available, please contact the on-site manager for parking information.

2- Who should I contact about maintenance requests or other building issues?

Each building has an on-site resident manager to ensure that cleanliness, maintenance, and other issues are given prompt attention. In addition, Shoreline has a 24-hour emergency maintenance staff and will respond to non-emergency maintenance requests within 24-48 hours.

3- Do you allow pets?

The majority of Shoreline buildings allow up to two cats per apartment for a small fee.

4- What utilities are included in the rent?

Heat and water are included in the majority of our buildings.
