Available Positions
On-site Property Manager (part time)
We’re looking for candidates to be live-in managers for our properties. Our building managers play a key role in the company and directly contribute to the success of Shoreline. Ideal candidates would have a flexible working schedule, great communication and people skills.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Tenant relations
Showing and renting apartments
Hosting open house on Sunday afternoons
Cleaning, caring for and maintaining the property
Snow removal and light landscaping
Turning over apartments
